axis
Mental
Definition
The domain of thought and sense-making. Covers clarity, reasoning, reflection, and the mental organization of experience. When centered, the mind is clear and usable. When under-active, thinking becomes foggy, blank, or hard to access. When over-active, the mind races, loops, analyzes, or plans without rest.
