Capacity Basin
Definition
A basin in which one capacity is off-center the same way across every domain. Because a capacity reaches into all five domains, when the fault lies in the capacity itself every domain inherits it: the whole row runs under-active, or the whole row runs over-active. Eight exist — each of the four capacities can be stuck low or stuck high.
