Actualization Withdrawal Compassion Fatigue
Definition
Compassion-fatigue burnout disengagement from mission — the consolidated burnout pole where the helper can no longer mobilize giving toward the larger-than-self, while the sacred itself stays fully available. Distinct from Mission Cool, the subthreshold sibling, by crossed-threshold burnout with depleted reserves rather than preserved functional capacity quietly cooling before collapse.
