Articulation Collapse Storehouse Darkening
Definition
Yogācāra styāna-middha (sloth-torpor) obscuring the ālaya storehouse-consciousness so that no discursive content arises to be articulated. A contemplative-developmental darkening of the content ground, not a Western disorder. Distinct from Content Poverty (depletion) where the forming faculty is unobstructed and only the yield is barren; here the arising itself is occluded and the expressive row dims with it.
