Belonging Freeze Estranged Contact
Definition
Family/group estrangement with active contact — the freeze form distinguishes from total relational withdrawal (which would map differently) by the maintained structural contact. Capacity (Bond) is frozen-out across affective/cognitive/sacred routes to the specific estranged member while the Relational field stays hot in its own right — continuing family obligation, shared occasions, and contact requirements that keep pressing for engagement — which the person meets with monitoring and managed engagement rather than settled contact.
