Belonging Spin Role Accumulation

Definition

Bond over-holds at Relational while mutual ground stays thin, and the substitute it holds is a structural role rather than a doctrine, a template, or a consensus: the position, its duties, and its schedule are gripped at Bond-Mental and carried in the body at Bond-Physical, while attending to, acting toward, and receiving from actual people thin behind the office. Ordinary and non-coercive — the group is not high-control and nothing is being engineered; the person is over-committing to stay in. Distinct from Conformity Override, where what is surrendered is the person's own evaluative reading rather than their unstructured time, and from Totalist Fill and Disorganized Recruit by the absence of any information or behaviour control and of an exploited developmental vulnerability. Distinct from Mask Fatigue by what is performed: a function the group needs, not a social template the person is not native to. Also distinct from obligation overload at Belonging Saturation, where role demands arrive from outside onto an ordinary-setpoint Bond; here Bond is over-active and is recruiting the roles itself.
