Curiosity Collapse Content Corridor

Definition

Depressive epistemic shutdown — loss of interest and curiosity with ideational poverty, both axes failing together: the anhedonic-cognitive presentation of major depression in which exploration stops and the mind empties rather than loops. Distinct from Energy Empty (work-bounded resource exhaustion, recoverable by demand-reduction) by mood-syndrome etiology, and distinct from the freeze topology (Intake Shutdown), which owns rumination-with-closed-intake.
