Curiosity Withdrawal Burnout Fog
Definition
A possible occupational-burnout presentation in which curiosity toward work or adjacent ideas narrows while Mental content remains at ordinary volume. The Maslach framework supports dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism or depersonalization, and reduced professional efficacy; the MBI is an assessment instrument, not a diagnostic three-center signature. This variant applies only when reduced receptive engagement is actually present and cognitive slowing or fog does not place Mental below range.
