Embrace Depletion Feeling Void
Definition
A possible depressive-anhedonic or dissociative-numbing presentation in which the holding capacity remains available while felt affect is broadly below range. Anhedonia and dissociative numbing can involve reduced emotional access, but neither diagnosis supplies the complete B/E- grid automatically. Alexithymia is excluded here because difficulty identifying or describing emotion does not establish depleted affect; the term applies only when reduced feeling itself is observed.
