Eating-disorder presentations can fit only when both conditions are observed: bodily signal is amplified or dominant, and holding of that signal is excessive. Full-syndrome status, binge-purge behavior, cultural framing, or identity language does not by itself prove B+/P+. Weight-and-shape overvaluation is relevant, but it must not be used as a substitute for the two person-level coordinate findings.
