An anger presentation fits when affect is above usable range and action or expression is independently below it. Cultural idioms, anger suppression, or chronicity alone does not establish the pair. Hwa-byung and other culturally situated descriptions must be understood in their own context rather than used as a contrast class; the deciding evidence remains high emotion with blocked Move.
