Presence Collapse Leaden Body

cascade-variant.presence-collapse-leaden-bodyclinical register

Definition

Depressive embodiment loss — the phenomenological-psychiatry framework where 'corporealization' replaces felt-body with object-body; distinct from Here Detached dissociative variant by depressive quality (heaviness/leadenness vs dissociative muffled-distance) and concurrent affective collapse (more severe than Here Detached's affective numbing). Phenomenological-psychiatry depression literature, with inflammation-depression neuroscience as convergent biological substrate, is the anchor. Distinct from its inhabitation sibling (Inhabitation Collapse leaden-body, BP), where the bond to the body fails; here it is attention that cannot settle on the leaden body (Focus on Physical).
