Presence Fixation Symptom Vigilance
Definition
Somatic-symptom vigilance can fit when a real symptom remains physically proportionate but receives excessive, distressed, and persistent attention. If bodily intensity itself is above range, the presentation crosses the boundary toward Presence Flood rather than Fixation; the symptom label alone does not decide between them.
