Regard Collapse Negative Asociality

cascade-variant.regard-collapse-negative-asocialityclinical register

Definition

A negative-symptom asociality: the drive to attend to others is primarily diminished, not blocked by mentalization failure, mood, or grief. Unlike mind-blanks and attachment-trigger (mentalizing collapses under arousal), signal-loss (a neurodevelopmental signal difference), mood-withdrawal (mood-state driven), and consumed-blank (bandwidth consumed by loss), the relational appetite itself is absent at baseline.
