Regard Fixation Social Monitor

Definition

Subclinical social-anxiety scanning where the F-row monitoring fires regularly without crossing functional-impairment criteria for SAD diagnosis. Distinct from Other Scanning (full SAD over absent substrate) by both amplitude and substrate-presence: in the fixation band the relational signal IS there and is being over-monitored, not manufactured. Vigilance calibrated to recurring discrimination or other real environmental threat is not this form; that reading belongs to the contextual bias and social-determinant layer.
