Actualization Saturation
Definition
Intact moving capacity meets meaning arriving in volumes it was not built to direct. Move runs at its proper setpoint but Spiritual produces more meaning than the system can metabolize. Meaning is being moved into service accurately; there is simply too much value content driving it for ordinary acting to carry without overflow. Propagation stays within Spiritual: the surplus carries across Open, Focus, and Bond as those capacities also take on the overproduced meaning content their domain is now putting out. Other domains stay intact. State-driven overflow releases and metabolizes with Move and Spiritual easing in step. Structurally held distress blocks the metabolizing itself; containment has to come from partner centers before the load moves.
