Acuity Fixation
Definition
Mental holds at its ordinary range while Focus is over-active at Acuity: attention grips thought harder and longer than the content asks for. The volume of thought is not the problem — the tracking of it is. Where the over-attending reaches further it follows attention's own reach, tightening on feeling, on other people, or on questions of meaning, and it can draw a matching tightness into how thought is received or held. Those extensions describe a profile that is present, not a spread the origin requires, and the order in which the grip eases follows the presentation rather than the over/centered origin.
