Articulation Freeze

Definition

Move is under-active while Mental is over-active at Articulation. Thought is crowded or intense, but turning it into communication or decision is difficult, leaving a heavy load of thought behind a weak outlet. The crowding often extends to other ways of holding thought, and the weak outlet to other things Move would carry outward; both are read from the current profile rather than implied here. Why output is blocked, and how it resolves, are not settled by this pairing.
