Open stays over-engaged, so surrogate intake substitutes for what the depleted domain is not supplying. Propagation can run through Mental and outward: Focus and Bond may lose ground as attending and self-cognition thin, Move can join in some forms, and Open can extend substitute work into Physical and Relational where more input is sought. Open alone does not generate missing Mental content; support may help usable thought return and the substitution ease.
