Definition
Holding stays ready with far less body to inhabit. Bond holds at its proper setpoint but Physical has fallen below usable range — the grip is ready and little body-ground arrives to settle into. Steady, to anyone watching. From within, the body is occupied without being fully lived in. Propagation centers on Physical: the thinning carries through Open, Focus, and Move as well, since each capacity meets the same reduced body content. Most forms stay within Physical; dissociative-suppression forms can carry a limited reach into Emotional and Mental as numbing and self-unreality extend beyond the body. More holding does not generate signal the body is not supplying; as Physical refills, the spread can ease.
