Definition

Mutual relating remains available while the receiving door draws partly closed. Relational stays centered: the other person still matters as an equal participant, but Open takes in less of their care, perspective, or presence than the exchange offers. Propagation can narrow receiving toward feeling, unfamiliar ideas, what is held sacred, or adjacent relational cues according to the presentation; in the confinement forms acting toward others narrows alongside it. The capacity is under-engaged rather than presumed damaged. As receiving becomes safer or more available, Open can return toward range and secondary effects may ease; no fixed sequence or external rescue is guaranteed.
