Sustained attending to the body won't release. Focus runs hot and Physical signal keeps branching past usefulness, so attending fixates on each somatic shift the moment it appears. Whatever capacity is available gets recruited to keep the tracking running. Propagation runs deep and wide: Open, Bond, and Move pull into matching overactivation as the whole Physical dimension saturates together, and Focus extends laterally into Emotional, with Mental sometimes joining, as attending fixates wherever somatic signal lands and whatever mental thread tracks alongside it. The pattern combines deep saturation within Physical with wide fixation across Focus's reach. Both ease together when recovery comes.
