Clear Channel
Definition
Centered expression meets centered reception. The V channel is regulated on the sending side, and the O channel is regulated on the receiving side — expression can fit what is real, and reception can remain open without shutting down or flooding. The amount that currently crosses the channel and the accuracy of understanding are recorded separately. This is the centered target on the V→O channel.
