Modulating
Definition
Modulating carries Move from Forcing toward Expressing as enactment regains sufficient shaping, redirection, completion, and stop-control to take proportionate, governable form. Modulating does not silence the scoped enactment or require powerful expression to become weak. Possible component movements include cooling, easing, pacing, shaping, redirecting, completing, and stopping; none is the path by itself. High force alone does not establish its origin condition. The decisive failure is that force or continuation has ceased to be shapeable and governable.
