escape → VR (Communication)

Definition

Routing escape to Communication VR externalizes the loop into the relational field through spoken expression of the rumination. Structured request-and-feeling communication, structured assertive practice, and prophetic-witness frames break the closed Focus-Emotion circuit by moving the affect out of the head and into relation. Cross-capacity cross-domain delivery carries this work because voice-into-relation is maximally distant from internal rumination.
