escape → VR (Communication)

Definition

Routing escape to Communication VR directly opposes expressive suppression by converting suppressed affect into relational expression. Structured request-and-feeling communication and structured assertive practice deliver here, alongside contemplative speaking-from-leading frames for un-silencing. Same-capacity Move-into-Relation delivery carries this work because voice-into-relation is the structural opposite of inward-held affect.
