Definition

Routing escape to Sensitivity OP anchors attention off the cognitive flood through somatic grounding. Progressive relaxation and breath give attention a non-cognitive object to settle on. Same-capacity delivery at the body center provides somatic ballast that pure cognitive work alone cannot supply during active flooding.
