FP
Definition
After urgent medical causes have been addressed when indicated and inward attention is tolerable, routing escape to Presence FP can use a chosen breath or sensory anchor, body scan, or observe-and-describe practice to narrow contact with the field. Sensorimotor body tracking belongs within a clinician-led trauma formulation rather than serving as a generic anchor. Same-domain, cross-capacity delivery offers bounded contact with sensation without guaranteeing down-regulation or making every bodily alarm safe to observe.
