intervention → OM (Curiosity)

Definition

Intervention at Curiosity OM loosens worry-content's grip through separating identification from thought-content and decentering. Where restructuring engages the content, separating identification from thought-content lets the content pass through without recruiting more focus-effort. Same-center delivery in the mental column supplies the meta-stance that frontal restructuring alone reinforces too tightly.
