intervention → OM (Curiosity)

Definition

Intervention lands at Curiosity OM with separating identification from thought-content and decentered open noticing — weakening rule-governed self-statements removes the cognitive scaffolding that armors rigid identity. Same-domain Mental routing trains observation of self-defining thoughts without engagement. The mechanism is metacognitive: when self-narrative is held as thought rather than truth, its rigidity loses force.
