Definition

When unresolved feeling is part of what keeps rumination active, intervention at Embrace BE uses affect-focused and emotion-focused work to support owned experience. Cross-capacity, cross-domain delivery addresses that contributor without treating feeling as the required resolution of every Mental Gripping loop.
