When trauma-linked incomplete defensive action is independently present, intervention at Manifestation VP can use Somatic Experiencing titration or Sensorimotor action completion to work with activation and small motor responses in tolerable increments. Bioenergetic analysis is a separate body-psychotherapy option only when its postural, grounding, and emotional-discharge formulation is clinically chosen. Cross-capacity, same-domain delivery offers optional Physical support without assuming that receptive work is too slow or that every B-/P+ severance contains unfinished defensive action.
