Definition
When relational co-regulation is clinically appropriate, intervention at Intimacy OR can use a therapist's or trusted person's presence, voice, and pacing as received regulation cues. Polyvagal and right-brain-attunement language remain theoretical frames for that work. Cross-capacity, cross-domain delivery adds a relational channel without claiming solitary regulation is impossible or that autonomic arousal universally causes F-/P+ saturation.
