BP
Definition
Intervention at Inhabitation BP works directly with embodied connection and ownership. MAIA-based interoceptive training offers a general secular route for learning to notice and relate to bodily signals; Cook-Cottone's practice applies in eating-disorder or trauma-informed contexts, Van der Kolk's component applies to trauma, and Christian body prayer is an opt-in tradition-specific frame. Same-harmony delivery addresses the trap center without making those contexts universal or declaring other routes incapable of supporting ownership.
