Acuity Collapse Mental Shutdown
Definition
Attending will not engage and the mental content-ground thins to nothing at once — no thought arriving, and no focus to settle on it if it did. The whole Mental column drops as receptive, holding, and forming functions lose their ground together, while Focus extends its disengagement outward into Relational and Physical as attending thins for other people and the body. Across attention-dysregulation and organic-vacancy presentations the grid reads the same flat, contentless interior; what differs is only whether the empty M-ground is state-driven or structurally entrenched. Distinct from depressive collapse (Reward Blank) by the absence of a mood-state anchor and from the trauma variants by the absence of Bond-row fragmentation.
