Definition

Mental remains centered while Focus is under-active. The target map extends F-under into Emotional, Relational, and Physical and can place Open, Bond, or Move below center at Mental; those latter centers do not make the Mental domain itself under-active. Mild and severe presentations may share the line geometry, but duration, motive, and self-maintenance require separate evidence. Collapse remains distinct because its Mental axis is also below center.
