Breaching
Definition
Breaching carries Open from Receiving toward Flooding when the scoped threshold loses refusal, discrimination, containment, or boundedness while contact continues. The threshold becomes indiscriminately permeable or admission becomes uncontained, so contact is no longer meaningfully excludable. Breaching is structural rather than moral: it does not by itself establish a privacy violation, malicious intruder, or failure of consent. High volume, intensity, novelty, or impact is insufficient while meaningful selection and refusal remain available.
