Bridging
Definition
Bridging carries Bond from Severing toward Connecting as an absent, attenuated, or unavailable standing relation becomes established and persists beyond immediate contact or attention. Center is reached only when the standing connection is present and each distinction necessary to it remains intact. A Bridging transition does not by itself decide whether the connection is wanted, fitting, sufficiently safe, or should be pursued. It does not guarantee immediate access, attention, agreement, reciprocity, or enactment. Chosen solitude, nonattachment, no-contact, or the absence of a need for a link does not by itself make a return relevant.
