Parting
Definition
Parting carries Bond from Connecting toward Severing when a differentiated standing connection ceases, attenuates, or becomes unavailable. The relata may remain known, present, or significant while the particular connection no longer persists as a standing relation. Parting is not differentiation, distance, disagreement, temporary inattention, or reduced contact while the connection remains intact. Chosen separation and externally forced rupture can both instantiate the same local transition without sharing cause, fit, or meaning.
